FluoTag®-X2 anti-Guinea Pig IgG

Indirect immunostaining of PFA fixed mouse brain section with Guinea Pig anti-CNP1 (SYSY cat. no. 355 004) and FluoTag® anti-Guinea Pig IgG conjugated to Sulfo-Cyanin 3 (cat. no. N0602-SC3) (false colour representaion in yellow). Nuclei have been visualized by DAPI staining (blue).

Description

FluoTag®-X2 anti-Guinea Pig is an isotype- and species-specific FluoTag® directed against immunoglobulins from Guinea Pig. In our FluoTag-X2 series, two fluorophore molecules are site-specifically coupled to one individual FluoTag molecule. The reagent therefore targets four fluorophores to your primary Guinea Pig antibody. Due to the monovalent binding, there are no primary and secondary antibody clusters formed, leading to better epitope accessibility and a more precise localization. Since our FluoTags are recombinantly expressed, there is no batch-to-batch variation.

  • Specificity: Recognizes native Guinea Pig IgG. It does not cross-react with Mouse, Rabbit, Chicken, Rat, Donkey, Goat, Pig, Horse, Cow or Human IgGs.

  • Concentration: 2.5 µM protein, 5 µM fluorophore
  • Recommended dilution for IF/ICC/IHC: 1:500
